Kabhi kisiko mukkamal jahan nahi milta
Kahin zameen nahi to kahin aasman nahi milta
In this couplet the poet Nida Fazli beautifully expresses the word Mukkamal.
When translated loosely it means:
No one is entitled to or perhaps satisfied completely with the world (could also mean life).
